With excellent thermoelectric properties, aluminum nitride can be used as an additive in the development of composite materials, such as filling into organic polymer materials to prepare organic polymer composites with high thermal conductivity, and used as encapsulation materials. 

Our Aluminum Nitride ceramic substrates are available in various sizes and thicknesses. Thanks to a large and live inventory, we can ship your part for you to start your project.
